New MoonThe Twi-hards were out in full force this Friday to see the second in the popular vampire series, The Twilight Saga: New Moon and broke the record for single day openings with a whopping $72.7 million, crushing the previous record of $62.2 million set by the Batman sequel, The Dark Knight.  Do not underestimate the tween/teen demographic, or the mysterious magical delights of Robert Pattinson's hair.

The film is set to close with box office tallies at around $125 million for the weekend - further proof that the undead's sex appeal is ever-growing.  Unless you are a zombie, which of course has zero sex appeal.
