Wing Wing Han Tsang's latest album is out! Did you line up outside your local record store waiting for it?

No, you probably didn't. But you should have. We ALL should have. How can you not be entranced by the woman who had a whole South Park episode dedicated to her? Wing Han Tsang has become a cultural phenomenon.

Before rising to international superstar status, Wing moved from Hong Kong to New Zealand where she would entertain nursing home and hospital patients.

After heaps of encouragement, and a grant from the Manukau City Council, Wing released her first album - Musical Memories. Sales soared, and led to several more albums, including Wing Sings Elvis, Wing Sings AC/DC, Wing Sings The Carpenters, and her latest, Beat It - the cover of which sports Wing holding a baseball bat.

According to her site, "Wing's unique vocal stylings are sometimes compared with American Idol's William Hung, 60's star Mrs. Miller, or opera singer Florence Foster Jenkins."

This is one of those times where words just do not do justice.

Seriously... stop what you are doing, and take in the essence...the magic...the mystery that is...Wing.
