Britney and Her Broke-Ass Weave Offer Support To Mel Gibson
This story kills two birds with one stone: Britney Spears busted weave and her lending a shoulder to celeb pariah Mel Gibson.
MSNBC is reporting that Mel Gibson has been calling on pop-singer Britney Spears for moral support during his recent spate of domestic abuse charges. Mel, who is embroiled in a custody battle with his former mistress, Russian singer Oksana Grigorieva, doesn't have too many allies.
Mel and Britney forged a bond back in 2008 when Britney was suffering some sort of mental breakdown. During her own custody battle turmoil and a very public unraveling, Mel and his then wife Robyn offered emotional support to Spears. Britney and Mel even vacationed together in Costa Rica where he owns a home. At the time, Mel was one of the only people to really reach out to Britney and clearly she appreciated the gesture.
The source of this story is suggesting just that, "Mel has been talking to her a lot, they speak on the phone. Mel was one of the only people who reached out to help Britney when she was at her lowest point, and she believes that demonstrates what a loving and wonderful man he is. She wants people to give him a second chance — just like he gave her one when everyone else turned away.”
That's certainly a kind-hearted move on Britney's part and clearly she's seen a side to him the public hasn't. I have no doubt there are two sides to Mel Gibson, even his wife has come to his defense stating he never engaged in any kind of abuse during their 28-year marriage and has said he is a loving father. Unfortunately, it's difficult to reconcile all this with the Mel Gibson on the tapes which have been released like slow torture in the media.
Speaking of torture, I'd like to address this mess below.
What exactly is going on with Britney Spears hair and why would anyone in her employ or her good graces allow her to be seen in public with this level of ridiculousness? While I don't expect Britney to look spectacular every time she's out in the public eye, there is no excuse for this kind of dishevelment. Her handlers SUCK. Fix that weave girl before the SPCA pays you a visit.
