Lindsay Lohan Shows Her "Respect" for the Court
Yesterday I reported on the court proceedings for Lindsay Lohan's much anticipated probation violations. Lindsay's day in court didn't go so well, and she ended up being sentenced to three consecutive 30 day jail stints, and an additional 90 days of rehab following her release.
During the proceedings, Lindsay spoke to the court and tried hard to make her case before Judge Marsha Revel, who has taken a personal interest in Lindsay, and brought on the tears. Lohan also emphasized (you can watch the video here) how much she respected the court, the judge and the rules and took the entire matter very seriously.
I allowed my heart to grow three sizes on behalf of Lindsay and felt some pity for the poor thing, because let's face it, she's a product of her crappy upbringing. However, my pity-meter just petered out after I saw the images all over the web today of Lindsay.
Little Miss "I respect the court and the rules" Lohan, had a special not-so-secret message for Judge Revel, The Court, and The Rules, which was "F*ck U" ever so sweetly airbrushed onto her middle finger nail.
The same nail she frequently had pointing at the judge all day.
Why would she do this? Why would she do this to HERSELF? I understand she's a self-absorbed, pampered little brat, but really, this is beyond the pale for self-destruction.
Lindsay — you and me, we're done. Go cry on White Oprah's shoulder from now on.
