Britney manages to keep us on our toes with her creative dancing and side-stepping the issues surrounding her mental illness and pointless requests for visitation with her kids.

Let's see if we can make head or tail of this latest nonsense.

Britney lost her previous visitation rights after an emergency hearing was scheduled in response to her "mental breakdown" on the night of Jan.3. That evening, which saw the popstar shackled and carted away by emergency crews, was precipitated by Britney refusing to hand over her children after her court-monitored visit was over. Britney ultimately held her youngest son, Jayden James hostage in her bedroom for close to three hours, before law enforcement broke in and took custody of JJ and then Britney. Britney was taken to Cedar-Sinai Hospital for a "mental evaluation" and was released approximately 48 hours later.

Britney's ex-husband, Kevin Federline and his attorneys asked for an emergency hearing and Kevin was awarded temporary, but sole custody of their two children 1-year old Jayden and 2-year old Sean Preston.

Britney's acted a fool ever since, hooking up with icky paps, forgetting to wear pants, refusing to address her feminine hygiene issues, and now, allowing the tax payer's dollars to be wasted at another hearing with her lawyers begging the commish for "therapeutic visits" whatever the hell that means, while she shows up, causes a circus and then leaves without testifying on her own behalf. From TMZ:

As we first reported, Britney's lawyers know they're up against it — their client has some sort of bipolar disorder but has refused to commit herself to a mental hospital for evaluation and treatment. She cannot be involuntarily committed. So, her lawyers and family have devised a "creative way" of treating Brit, and they wanted the Commish to let her visit the kids while she undergoes treatment.
