We're told Commish Gordon was unmoved, especially since he has repeatedly ordered Brit to undergo a court-ordered psych evaluation, but she has refused.
We're also told Brit's lawyers said this "creative" treatment has not yet commenced.
If I were the judge in this case, I would invoke some sort of medieval punishment provisions which are likely still lurking on the books. Like say, public stoning, drawn and quarter, maybe even bust out the Iron Maiden (no, not that horrible band from the late 70's and 80's).
I know k and I have imposed a "kinder, gentler machine gun hand" on Britney in light of her obvious mental afflictions, but COME THE HELL ON.
So, in summary, its the same ol' same ol' - Brit's lawyers attempt to ply the court for visitation, the courts laugh hysterically in their faces, while glumly shaking their heads.
