On the one hand, IF this is true (and it is still an "if"...we've heard stories like this before) I hope this is a bit of a turning point in the relationship of Tom and Katie. I'd like to think it's a baby step towards getting out of Scientology. But he's undoubtedly in way too deep for that to happen...unless he's trying to distance himself a bit from the cult in light of the new lawsuit against the CoS which names him.
I don't know. Taking the Scientology angle out of it, it's just a bit creepy. I'm all for families being close, but come on. Katie needs a chance to set up her own household, to be her own woman, to be with her husband and child in an atmosphere of privacy from other family members. Of course, now that they will have all this "together time", with no adults to talk to but one another, maybe their relationship will take a downward turn. I've seen it happen...two people who are never alone, finally get to be alone, and they find out that they really aren't compatible after all.
How long do you think this living arrangement will last? She better not show too much spunk...she might disappear for another week or two and come back bot-ized again.
