Gossip Bitchslap: Radar Tells Page Six Where To Stick, Sort Of
HaHaha, I love a good bitchslap.
I read this story about a Radar Magazine inner meeting faux-paux in NYP's Page Six and I thought "Wow, that was a really lame story." Because nothing says excitement like a bunch of writers sitting around pitching ideas. But I just chalked it up to one rag ragging on another rag. Then I went over to my one of my favorite sites, the very same Radar Online and lo and behold a little piece pointed right back at Page Six.
It seems there is some kind of rivalry that stemmed from Page Six's Corynne Stendler, (the former Jossip.com writer) who wanted a job at Radar Online, but was turned away. Now those sour grapes are spilling over into some kind of vendetta/grudge she holds against them in this story.
This reminds me of when I was in junior high trying out for the girl's basketball team. An older girl, we'll call her "whore" for the sake of story-telling, didn't like my sweet moves on the court and during a layup drill, she called my name just as I was going for the ball and I was subsequently pummelled in the face with the ball. She laughed heartily that day. Me? I quit the team and my face hasn't been the same.
And this is why I hide behind the computer.   One final note: Radar Magazine rules, Page Six is for smelly girls who are jealous of my sweet moves.
