Who didn't exactly have that red-carpet look on the red carpet? Hint: She certainly didn't welsh on the mascara.

It's normally impeccable Catherine Zeta-Jones, looking a bit, um, not impeccable at a UN event in NYC. I mean, we all have bad makeup days (and my own pores, well, there are days you can hide treasure in there), but wow...it's like she didn't even check the mirror before she left the house. She's such a beautiful woman, it must have taken a lot of work to make her look this bad. Here's a hint: When your mascara clumps this horrendously, it's time to get a new tube.
If this was the work of a makeup artist, they should be fired!
