Just as Heather refuses to talk about Sir Paul, so she refuses to reveal if there is anyone special in her life, although she was linked to holiday rep Jamie Walker, whom she met in Tenerife in June.
'I feel I am ready now to date again,' she says. 'I'm very open to that idea of building up a relationship.'
With a younger man this time? 'I don't have any set ideas,' she says.
Doesn't she worry that some of these potential suitors might be, ahem, gold-diggers after a slice of her millions?
'I don't believe in using that kind of terminology,' she says. 'I like to think I can trust my instincts.'
