Nick, through his actions and words, has made it clear he is NOT remorseful for his actions and doesn't seem to grasp the gravity of the situation he created when he recklessly crashed his car. Now, to make matters worse, we have the Hogan/Bollea family, working through their good buddy Sirius radio DJ Bubba the Lovesponge, who leaked messages left by John Graziano's older half-brother Frank Caruso. The messages (click here to listen) are needless to say, threatening, graphic, and entirely inappropriate, but hardly unexpected. John's family are known for being shall we say "rough" and considering the kinds of things they've had to deal with in the media, it's shocking this is the first incident.
That said, it doesn't help John in anyway to have his family stoop to the level of the Hogan/Bollea family. If they were smart, they'd stay quietly behind the scenes, let Nick and family hang themselves with their twisted, unremorseful words and hit them where it really hurts the Bollea's — their wallet. I would sue Hulk and crew for every last penny and pocket lint they had.
