So it's come to this. If reports are to be believed (and this isn't the only place I've read where it is said that Blake is cleaning up behind bars while his wife is falling apart), it's yet another case where a loser husband is quite possibly turning out to be the more likely candidate for changing their life (coughKFedcough), while his wife slides slowly into a haze (do I really have to cough again? Coz I will if I have to, I gots a cold).
Amy Winehouse (who has taken to wearing a rosary in recent photos) is arguably one of the most talented singers to come down the way in quite a while. But she's throwing it all away, and apparently nobody is stepping up. As long as she brings in the money, people are quite happy to let her go on as she is. But what do you want to bet that if this police investigation takes a dark turn, the hangers-on and sycophants and others who are there to make money whoring her out to the public start emptying out faster than the little white bags in her trunk? I look to wake up one day to the news that Amy has seriously tried to commit suicide...or worse, that she's succeeded.
