Before I get a phalanx of complaints that I just don't like Brit and I must have it in for her, let me say this...no, I don't like Brit. I think that underneath all this mental health crisis she's having is a very confused young woman who isn't the brightest crayon in the box and who possesses a personality that I really don't care for. But that doesn't mean I wish something bad to happen to her, or that I rejoice in this latest drama in her life. On the contrary, while this latest medical crisis is probably not what she had planned on doing with her day, it is undoubtedly the best thing that could happen to her right now. At last, she's in a place where the people aren't on her payroll, who aren't yessing her to a literal death, and who have HER best interests at heart.
And I agree with D...if the powers that be let her out after 72 hours, then they have more mental problems than Brit does. She needs mental help, and she also needs to be held accountable by law for what she's done to her children, both over the past several months and during this situation.
I sincerely hope she gets better soon so I can go back to snarking about her clothes, hair, and lack of talent, because snarking at a serious mental problem is a place I just won't go.
