It does appear that if Sharon would consider moving closer to the San Francisco Bay area, where Phil lives, that the court would consider changing the ruling. Considering that Phil is editor-at-large and executive vice-president of the San Fransisco Chronicle, I don't see him pulling up stakes any time soon.
It is interesting to me, however, the wording concerning how ex Phil can "provide a more structured continuity, stable, secure, and consistent home that child, Roan, needs." Maybe Sharon's schedule of jetting around the world doesn't exactly mesh with the needs of an eight-year-old boy and his science fair project. Every time I turn around, I see where she's off somewhere other than home. Where are the other two little boys while she's living a jet-set lifestyle?
I wonder what sort of bad karma caused this? Perhaps she'd better make sure her house is earthquake-proof. Did I just say that out loud?
