Because Locklear appeared “disoriented and impaired,” she was taken to a local CHP station and drug and alcohol tests were administered, Marshall said. The actress was cooperative.
“Alcohol was ruled out as a factor, but based on the officer’s observations, we believe Locklear was under the influence of prescription medication,” Marshall added.
If you remember, Heather visited a rehab center back in June for treatment of what was being called anxiety and depression, and someone back in March called 911 claiming that they were her doctor and saying the actress was suicidal.
Even if the call turns out to be somebody with some sort of strange vendetta against Heather, it does seem that there are some problems in her life, and I certainly do hope she receives the help and treatment she needs.
