Cyber Monday - A Tour of The Internet's Best Sites

With "Black Friday" behind us, shoppers now look to "Cyber Monday" for their holiday shopping deals. We have the roundup of sites to visit for the best deals on the web.
Of course as with all things on the web, there is a site devoted solely to the concept of Cyber Monday, called simply, Cybermonday.com. Cybermonday.com is your direct guide to the web's best deals, aggregating all the price-slashing offers through the biggest retailer's own websites. This makes shopping simpler, having so many websites at your fingertips, however, you should always compare the deals.
Amazon.com does brisk business throughout the holiday season offering some of the lowest prices on electronics, books, DVD's, CD's, toys and just about everything under the sun, including as they put it, "The #1 Bestselling,#1 Most Wished For, and #1 Most Gifted Product on Amazon" the Amazon Kindle, an electronic book reader.
Etsy.com is a fantastic online seller of unique, eclectic and often gorgeous homemade items, like a Ebay for crafters. Etsy perhaps best known as the one-stop shopping site for hand-knitted items, the website also sells jewelry, vintage items, art, ceramics, candles, toys, edibles and many one-of-a-kind items you won't find anywhere else. If you have that "hard to shop for" person on your list, this could be your ace in the hole. Plus, you are stimulating the economy one artist at a time.
Speaking of Ebay.com, no list of online retailers would be complete without the world's largest online auction company. Started as a site designed to help folks sell their unwanted items, Ebay has branched out to included new items, with sellers using Ebay as their own exclusive online store. EBay is the one site you can count on to have virtually ANYTHING you are looking for, including hard to find miniature Lego figures — not that I would know anything about that.
All the major retailers, like Target, Wal-Mart, Toy 'R' Us, Best Buy, Kohl's, Staples, Macy's, Nordstrom, JC Penney, Sears, K-Mart and of course, the wholesale seller, Overstock.com. The list goes on and on, and most individual retailers have their own websites offering special deals, many including free shipping for purchases over a certain amount. For those audiophiles, like my husband, we recommend the website AudioAdvisor.com.
If you see a glaring omission on our list, feel free to leave your favorite online retailer in the comments - remember this is the time of year for sharing!
