President Bush Runs Out Of Hand Sanitizer
Once, when I went to Honduras on a cruise, I distinctly remember how I was so relieved to have a bottle of hand sanitizer in my backpack. I broke it out and used some. Not to be selfish, many others in our group passed it around and, with a sigh of relief, wiped their hands free of Honduran germs.
I am not a former U.S. President.
What you appear to see here is President Bush shaking the hands of some Haitians and then wiping his hand on the sleeve of President Clinton. It could also entirely be one of those pats on the shoulders you read about in the news, but Zapruderologists will swear by seeing a clear motion of pressing down ... and to the right. Down ... and to the right.
There may be an outbreak of tuberculosis in Haiti, but that shit's airborne. Wiping your hand is going to do no good. Except now Clinton has it too.
