America's Next Top Model Contest Sues Braylon Edwards for Child Support
New York Jets wide receiver Braylon Edwards has a reputation as a man who loves the night life, so it's less than shocking that he's being sued for child support.
What is surprising is the fact that he's been able to keep the fact that he fathered a child with former America's Next Top Model contestant Nik Pace under wraps for some time.
Edwards, who didn't deny paternity of the child, is having some pretty serious accusations leveled at him by Pace's attorney, who's seeking $70,000 a month in child support. The attorney told the New York Post:
"Braylon had tried to get the case litigated in Georgia because they are traditionally less generous with child support payments. It's a cold, calculated act to pay less money."
The child was born in Georgia, but Pace reportedly lives in New York. Edwards, who was traded to the Jets earlier this season, makes $5 million per year.
