Dwight Howard the Latest Athlete to Have Public Relationship Spat
While Tiger Woods took celebrity relationship drama being played out in public to a new level, Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard is also battling with the mother of his child in a very public matter.
Woods' problems involved a car accident, assault rumors about his wife and an endless stream of opportunistic mistresses coming forward. Howard's involve court orders, message board posts and Twitter.
A court issued an injunction against Royce Lyndsay Reed, the child's mother, barring her from speaking or writing anything about Howard after she reportedly accused him of being a deadbeat dad on blog posts and in interviews.
Now, Howard is suing again, alleging that photos she posted of their son on Twitter put the child's safety in jeopardy.
Reed, of course, responded to the lawsuit on her blog, although she did so without specifically mentioning Howard's name.
Posting photos of a celeb's kid online may not be the best idea, but a very public war between his parents must be totally fine for a child.
