Elin Nordegren Will Reportedly Divorce Tiger Woods
With the nonstop coverage Tiger Woods has received, the news that Woods' wife, Elin Nordegren will reportedly file for divorce has been, dare I say, a bit under reported today.
Perhaps the Chris Henry death or the changes being made by one of American sports' most popular franchises preoccupied the sports media today.
ABC News reports that Nordegren and Woods will spend Christmas apart, and she plans no reconciliation.
This is the really the only solution. If they stay married, Woods will constantly be bombarded with questions about the health of his marriage. Nordegren will constantly get the Hillary Clinton-style, 'can't satisfy her man' jokes that are so demeaning. In short, it's hard to picture such a high profile marriage returning to health after an even higher profile public scandal.
