Michael OherThe life-story of Baltimore Ravens rookie Michael Oher is a compelling one, one that was told in a best-selling book by Michael Lewis, and now is a move in theaters starring Sandra Bullock. Every 20-something athletes' dream, right?

Well, don't count Oher among those who will be first in line to see it:

"I am not curious. I am not in a hurry to see it," said the 6-foot-4, 310-pound Oher, who was selected by the Ravens with the 23rd overall pick in April's draft. "But I will watch it eventually."

I mean, it's probably pretty painful to relive some of the personal tragedies in Oher's life, inspirational or not.

He's also a rookie in the NFL. Having a movie out about your life, starring the queen of all chick-flicks, certainly wouldn't be fodder for opponents on the field, would it?

It's kind of strange timing for a life story to come out. I mean, obviously Oher's story is a compelling one, but normally, when we hear these kinds of stories about athletes, it's when their playing days are over. I'm sure Oher would rather be in the news for his football skills than for how he grew up.
