Jessi Slaughter on Good Morning America
This whole thing has gone too far. Jessi Slaughter and her father sat down yesterday morning on Good Morning America to discuss their now-infamous story of victimhood. While I sort of felt bad for them back when this "story" first broke, it's becoming painfully obvious that everyone involved is just going to enjoy their fifteen minutes while it lasts. But what do you expect from a story that arose out of a not-quite-teenage girl's famewhoring? At least this whole thing will blow over soon. That's one of the few benefits of the 24-hour news cycle.
