Live-Action Alvin and the Chipmunks "Girls of Rock and Roll" Video

Some folks got together and decided to do a live-action remake of the "Girls of Rock and Roll" scene from the 1987 movie A Chipmunk Adventure, featuring (in case you couldn't guess!) Alvin and the Chipmunks. That's about all you need to know going into this video.

Usually I don't go for this sort of novelty thing, but it's done with such cheerful enthusiasm that it's hard not to love it. Plus, who can resist a girl in a pink dress and electric blue tights?

Watch the video and then watch the original for reference. They did a surprisingly good job pulling it off!
