Just How Crazy Are "Dating Sites" Getting?

Overall, dating sites are very convenient and useful. However, times have changed and many are taking more risks and becoming less classy. Sure, many people search for love online. Lately, websites that encourage cheating, paying someone for a date, and baring it all for a stranger have been popping up left and right.
First, is the notorious Ashley Madison. Both men and women can discreetly browse millions of profiles of spouses who are looking for someone to cheat on their partner with. Their tag line is pretty blunt: "Life is short. Have an affair." This was very shocking! While affairs are very common, cheating on a spouse isn't acceptable. These aren't just seedy men either but family men, good men, bad men, Christian men, to name a few. Some just want sex. However, others are looking for someone understanding, if that's the correct word. In fact, some of these men are looking to fall in love. Instinct tells you to check your partner's phone, e-mails, etc. However, don't. Instead, bring up this piece and anything else you have heard about Ashley Madison in a conversation with him.
While this seems insane, there is another site that I was surprised existed: What's Your Price. According to this site, "Everyone has a price." Some of the members are willing to pay up to two hundred bucks for just one date! Think about it, that's ridiculous! Ironically, these women are not famous, nor are they all supermodel-like attractive. You can buy a date with any type of female- from the lusciously curvy to the cute and petite females. The site says to pay your date with cash in person and lists many ideas, as well as a guide to how to use the site. Some news sources have called it "Capitalism Mixed With Dating." If this is legal, why isn't prostitution? I can't seem to understand it. To me, this would be an easy cover up for prostitution. Also, how is it not pathetic that someone has to pay JUST to meet someone? However, they are also auctioning off dates with celebrities for charities. Some of these charities include: PETA, Salvation Army, and Red Cross among others.
